Scarlett Johansson (born November 22 1984 New York City New York, U.S.) American actress and singer whose acting range earned her popular acclaim in a variety of genres from period drama to thriller and action adventure. Johansson is born to an architect and producer, was born in New York City. Hunter was the twin sister of Johansson was born in the City of New York. When she was a child, she developed a passion for performing and started making commercial auditions around the age of seven. Soon after she enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and then took classes at the Professional Children's School in Manhattan for further training in her craft.
