CharliTito Ortiz was a Huntington Beach, California native. He was born 23 January 1975. His birth name is Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He was born in Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half Mexican from his paternal family. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave the name Tito. Both of his parents were heroin addicts and this made it hard for him to become a teenager. He was a member of gangs. He also used drugs like cocaine. He was put in the juvenile halls while a youngster. His parents divorced when he reached 13. He went to Huntington Beach High School and wrestled. He was just 18 when his mom kicked them out.
